How do I retrive my password if I lose it?

If you lose your password, follow these steps:

  • Click 'Lost Password' either in the top of your screen (next to 'Client Login') or on the login form itself.
  • In the page that loads, enter either your username or email address, and enter the answer to the math question for security. 
  • In your email inbox, you will see an email from 'My Sales Ally Support', which contains instructions and a link to a temporary login page.
  • Once on the temporary login page, click the 'Login' button to access the protected member area. 
  • To reset your password to something else, click 'My Account Details' in the top of your screen. From here, you can click the 'Edit' tab to change your password or any other personal information.
